The Life I Chose to live

   I've been through a lot in my life time. Most things people would be terrified to live through. But tonight my heart leapt straight out of my chest and straight into panic. My little corner of the world is going through some major storms right now. And when I say storms, I'm talking winds reaching 100 miles an hour, hail the size of soft balls and larger, flash flood warnings, thunderstorms, but worst of all tornadoes. Luckily we are safe and sound only receiving the lesser of all of that.    With already hearing of 2 tornado touch downs and seeing pictures of what some of the larger hail had caused, well... I was on edge to say the least. Then watching the weather and seeing that the storm was gathering more power and inching its way towards my family in Bowie, I was more or less on the edge of my seat. But then I got a terrifying phone call from Joey stating that a tornado had completely wiped out the town. Thankfully his sources weren't true. But of course my reactio

   It's so hard to believe that we are already over half way through May. Like really? Where has time went? It does not feel like two weeks has passed since I last blogged. But I guess it has. But on the plus side, I have so much to share.    As you all know I bought a new car. Well I also decided to sell my Ford. I just have no use for it now that Brandi has a car of her own again. And might I add... she loves it. Which she has every right to it is a gorgeous car. It suits her look. I've got to show off a bit.. so take a look for yourself.        I have plans to buy her the seat covers I found which are perfect for her and her style.       Other than that, there have just been a lot of changes going on in the house and with ourselves. I finally broke Brandi and got her to enjoy some of the better things in life. She has found her somewhat  prissy side. I never thought the day would come that she would allow me to start spoiling her, but it has arrived. I actually got h

   Today , thanks to Joey and Brandi, I got my new car. Brandi even got me matching seat covers and a steering wheel cover for it.   As for questions.. Yes I do still have my Ford Focus, but I'm not much of a Ford person. And I realized that I didn't really need a wagon. So why fix something up to perfection when I didn't really like it all that much?    After getting my car today, I jumped right on getting it on the insurance. And then Brandi and I went on a little cruise. We went down to Bowie to pick up Damian and brought him back home and then made a trip to see Brandi's sister that lives out of town.    The car runs like a dream. Needless to say.. I love my new car. Now just to go buy my scent to put in it.
